Working firstly for Pigott Foundations/Bachy UK and then many years for Bauer worldwide (both construction & equipment divisions), I decided to found a company which could not only support the foundation Industry in general, but could also deliver expertize, products and service in certain specialized areas. Our ground improvement division, from where we design & manufacture deep vibrators, is constantly working on improving our already successful line of products.
We have the luxury of being able to provide either electric or hydraulic units as per the requirement.
For the electric version, to use in conjunction with our Vibroflots, we have a very reliable control panel. Unlike many others, ours is designed to handle all weather conditions. The waterproofed casing ensures that even in the most wildest conditions, our electronic equipment stays dry. And then to the extreme heat of the desert, we have a state of the art air condition units to protect it from over heating. With the incorporated 'smooth start' technology we can control the starting of our Vibroflots to such a degree, that pre-mature burn outs are non existant. The electric motor as it says, starts smoothly from 0 rpm up to the full running speed. With the added possibility of our electric motors being able to run with 50Hz or 60Hz, we have the option of 2 running speeds. This is a great advantage when tackling different soil conditions.
With the latest touch screen technology, our data recording system has the capabilities unlike any other. With a very user friendly interface, it systematically records all the data from every compaction point / pile to such a degree and ease that it makes the job so easy. All data is downloadable by a simple USB stick or there is an option of downloading wireless direct to a laptop. Once on a PC or laptop, all of the data is automatically arranged into folders and from here you can easily select the auto funtion to create daily, monthly or even yearly jobsite reports. Also with the option of the auto calculation of completed areas and volmes it makes costing, pricing and invoicing easy tasks. Another major advantage of our system, is there is now no need to print every soil report as these are now stored as PNG files, which means any windows operating system can open and view and store them. So now all the data from a jobsite can be archieved on a CD or hard drive and not just on paper. On the jobsite over a short length of time, many man hours are saved resulting in the saving of a considerable amount of time and money.
Additionly we have now made it possible to remotely view the vibro on a laptop in REALTIME. So it is now possible for engineers to watch the progress and monitor each compaction point or pile to ensure the correct proceedure is followed and thus the quality is reached.
